Job Summary
SAP Finance Lead responsible for designing, configuring, testing and providing ongoing support for SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting) with integration to CO, MM, SD, PP and Concur. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, manage the application lifecycle (enhancements, upgrades, operational support), and provide problem-solving and post-implementation support. Lead functional design, documentation, testing, and end-user training; support month-end/year-end close; drive innovations such as Universal Journal, Embedded Analytics, and AI/ML-driven finance automation. Collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project teams; 8+ years of SAP Finance experience; experience with ECC/S/4HANA environments; preferred background in FMCG/retail/manufacturing and global organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with SAP Finance solutions (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Strong functional expertise in SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Treasury, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting)
- Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS)
- Experience translating business requirements into SAP functional solutions (configuration and enhancements)
- Demonstrated knowledge of integration with CO, MM, SD, PP and Concur
- Experience working with Group Reporting, Universal Journal, SAP Fiori Apps, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or rollouts (testing and user training)
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes in global organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience in international/global organizations; FMCG/retail/manufacturing environments preferred
