Job Summary
Lead a team of SAP Finance consultants to deliver high-quality financial process solutions to global customers. Conduct customer workshops and needs analyses to understand financial workflows, then design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions adhering to best practices. Guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, including user training and transition to production, while identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Contribute to pre-sales activities by preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients. Participate in internal knowledge sharing and training to continuously develop team skills. Requires minimum seven years of SAP Finance consulting experience, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Norwegian.
Required Qualifications
- Erfaring med ledelse av konsulentteam innen SAP Finance eller med ambisjon om at dette kan være et riktig neste steg i karrieren
- Minimum 7 års erfaring som SAP Finance konsulent eller tilsvarende rolle
- Solid kunnskap om finansprosessene i SAP, inkludert SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Erfaring med å gjennomføre SAP Finance-implementeringer, inkludert konfigurasjon og tilpasning
- Sterke kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner, med evnen til å jobbe effektivt med både tekniske og ikke-tekniske interessenter
- Evnen til å jobbe selvstendig og ta ansvar for å levere kvalitetsresultater innenfor definerte tidsrammer
- Sertifiseringer innen SAP Finance-moduler
- Utdannelse innen økonomi, regnskap, informatikk eller tilsvarende
- Gode norskkunnskaper, både muntlig og skriftlig
