Job Summary
Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass solutions based on business requirements, performing system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and UAT support. Independently manage client-facing discussions, workshops, and solution delivery while coordinating with third-party applications and external vendors for seamless integrations. Ensure successful deployment and post-implementation support across enterprise-scale implementations with leading global clients. This role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and Contingent Workforce/Worker Management modules, with immediate joiners preferred for this Pan India full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP Fieldglass Functional Consulting
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass Configuration
- Proven ability to independently handle client interactions and solution discussions
- Experience in Contingent Workforce and Worker Management modules
- Experience in configuration, testing, and UAT activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Exposure to Statement of Work (SOW) module
