Job Summary
Lead SAP FICO solutioning and pre-sales activities by engaging customers for scoping, gathering requirements, and defining overall solution landscapes. Drive proposal preparation, technical solution design, and executive presentations while managing medium-to-large sized deals independently. Support client demos with basic configuration inputs and validate solutions against customer needs and sales strategy. Implement SAP ERP solutions, conduct design reviews, and integrate systems within the client IT landscape. Analyze RFPs to guide proposal content and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based SAP ERP deployments
- Experience of end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in work with S/4HANA conversion and migration projects
- Hands on configuration experience and solutioning skills
- In-depth knowledge on FICO and PS modules
- Inter-modular Integrations experience within S4H/ECC core modules
- Overall experience in SAP of 8-10 years
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Exposure to leading teams
- Able to navigate through client's change management process with S4H conversations, Business processes reengineering concepts etc
- Experience with SAP best practices and methodologies
- Experience in presales of S/4HANA implementations, conversation and migrations
- Problem solver attitude
- Fully vaccinated with a WHO approved vaccine
- Acceptable to absorb full cost of traveling, SHN and accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Good to have experience with BPC/SAC
- Knowhow of Cloud ALM to execute the S4hana Public Cloud project successfully
