Job Summary
Lead FICO teams and manage resource planning and performance while executing and overseeing SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support. Design and configure FICO solutions aligned with business needs, provide expert support to ensure smooth system operation, and optimize business processes using SAP best practices. Serve as the main contact for FICO matters, leading communication and training efforts while ensuring compliance and maintaining proper documentation. Stay current with SAP innovations to help shape the organization's FICO roadmap. This role requires 7–15 years of SAP FICO experience and is based in Cairo, Egypt, for a leading Oil and Gas company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, IT, or related fields
- SAP FICO expertise in FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Special Ledger
- SAP FICO expertise in CO: CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, Internal Orders
- Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PP
- 7–15 years of SAP FICO experience, including full-cycle implementations
- Leadership experience in team and project environments
- Experience with RICEFW objects, SAP configuration, and data migration
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori
- Knowledge of financial compliance (IFRS, GAAP) and basic ABAP debugging
- Strong team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance is a major advantage
- SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications are highly preferred
