Job Summary
Provide functional and process expertise across SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR to support the delivery of SAP implementation and improvement projects across multiple regions. Ensure functional and process quality throughout project life cycles while partnering with SAP consultants, business analysts, and global stakeholders. Work closely with the production support team to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to business process improvement and KPI maturity roadmaps. Manage data acquisition, normalization, reporting, and publishing activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in finance-related processes. Handle multiple priorities and deliver results within agreed timelines, traveling internationally and domestically up to 25–50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Master's degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- At least 2–3 SAP implementation life cycles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Leadership capability and the ability to lead people, teams, and projects
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive desired outcomes
- Travel internationally and domestically as required, up to 25–50%
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Knowledge of SAP PS integration
- Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, BPC, Power BI, and MS Office
- Experience with SQL, data engineering, and data analytics
- Python programming knowledge
