Job Summary
Manage a team responsible for SAP package software application implementation through configuration and development. Lead workshops to determine system requirements, configure FI, CO, and associated SAP modules, and provide functional specifications for technical development. Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively while monitoring project progress and financial metrics. Establish and maintain long-term executive relationships by performing billable advisory services. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Travel up to 40% for this role within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Proven experience in team management and software project execution
- Solid technical knowledge in package applications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
- travel up to 40%
