SAP FICO (Contract Role)

Job Summary
Secure SAP S/4 HANA FICO designs and deliver efficiently from the SI supplier while managing global business transformation programs. Collaborate with process and architecture teams to ensure financial accounting and controlling functions align with policies and collaboration rules. Lead external management consulting engagements to manage delivery teams, build revenue capabilities, and oversee clients. Configure New GL, AP/AR, AA, PCA, GAAP, foreign currency, and local taxation within a 12+ year tenure. Complete full lifecycle implementations from blueprint through testing, applying SAP best practices and implementation methodology. Manage basis PR/PO processes, sales contracts, and billing while leveraging cloud integration and Treasury/BCM expertise in retail and fashion sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- 12+ years of experience in SAP implementation or SAP business process improvement, specifically in the areas of finance and/or controlling (FICO)
- Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation completed (blueprint through testing) plus some activity on other projects
- Recent experience in external management consulting in a leadership capacity, managing teams and delivery engagements, managing clients and building revenue capabilities through business development
- Experience in configuring New GL,AP/AR, AA, PCA.PCA GAAP, foreign currency evaluation and country specific taxation and localizations
- S/4 HANA exp required
- Good working experience in SAP FICO
- Experience in Treasury /BCM. S/4 HANA on cloud
- Understanding of cloud integration
- Experience with basis PR/PO Processes
- Experience in Sales contract and billing
- Knowledge on SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience and command over SAP Implementation Methodology
- Must have experience in Retail/Fashion industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
