Job Summary
SAP FICO Consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying SAP solutions with a focus on SAP FI configurations (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO configurations (Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Activity Based Costing). Engage in requirements gathering, translate functional requirements to technical specifications, support cross-module integrations, and contribute to design, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with team members to deliver training and build functional skills across SAP modules, supporting Accenture’s global delivery model from Jakarta, Indonesia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Technology related major
- Minimum 1 year experience for Analyst level or up to 10+ years for more experienced level in SAP FI/CO configurations (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Funds Management, Special Purpose Ledger)
- CO configuration: Product costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Activity Based Costing
- Demonstrated ability gathering/documenting Functional Requirements and translating to Technical Requirements
- Cross-module SAP integration experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team work and collaboration experience
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience in professional settings
- Experience with SAP implementation, design, testing, and deployment
