Job Summary
Implement and configure SAP Special Ledger according to client business requirements and regulatory mandates. Lead SAP FI projects by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring accurate data mapping between General Ledger and Special Ledger. Develop test strategies to ensure system quality, provide post-implementation support, and deliver training to end-users. Troubleshoot complex issues to minimize operational disruption while contributing to best practices and documentation. Stay updated on enhancements and industry trends to communicate insights to the team and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI
- specific project experience in SAP Special Ledger implementation and support
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
- Strong understanding of financial regulations
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices
- Proven experience in SAP project implementation, upgrades, or support
- Excellent problem-solving skills
