Job Summary
Lead SAP FI-AA implementations from blueprinting through go-live, configuring asset classes and depreciation areas while ensuring seamless integration with FI-GL, CO, and MM modules. Analyze business processes to identify gaps, develop custom reports for compliance, and provide user training and troubleshooting support. Manage project delivery on time and within budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Maintain continuous improvement of solutions by staying updated with SAP S/4HANA technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting with a focus on Asset Accounting
- Proven track record of successful SAP FI-AA implementations and support
- Strong expertise in SAP FI module, specifically FI-AA (Asset Accounting)
- Proficient in SAP configuration and customization techniques
- Experience with integration of FI-AA with other SAP modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting or Asset Accounting
- Experience with advanced features of SAP FI-AA, such as parallel valuation, asset retirement obligation, and investment support
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Understanding of various industries asset management practices and regulatory requirements
