Job Summary
Configure and support SAP FI solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments, including New GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost/Profit Center Accounting. Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and prepare functional specifications for enhancements. Support FI-SD integration, develop test plans and scenarios, and schedule/monitor batch jobs. Provide production support and issue resolution while collaborating with stakeholders and working independently. This 7-month remote role in Toronto requires 6–8 years of hands-on SAP FI experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of SAP FI experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI configurations, transactions, tables, and reporting
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
- New GL
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Strong FI-SD integration experience
- Experience preparing functional specifications
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs
- Strong testing experience including test planning and execution
- Experience scheduling and monitoring batch jobs
- Hands-on production support experience
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to resource-related billing processes
- Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS)
- Knowledge of professional services or project-based business processes
