SAP FI/CO Consultant (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Own and enhance core SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets while driving system enhancements and optimizations on the S/4HANA Public Cloud platform. Troubleshoot complex posting errors, integration issues, and period-end-close challenges to ensure financial systems operate flawlessly as the company scales. Shape Controlling processes for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and act as the functional owner for SAP Concur to optimize travel and expense workflows. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards. This role supports ARX Robotics' mission to develop autonomous unmanned systems for the European defense sector.
Required Qualifications
- A strong track record of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant or specialist
- Deep functional knowledge of S/4HANA, ideally in a Public Cloud environment
- A solid foundation in core FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA)
- An understanding of CO principles
- Business fluency in English
- A proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment
- An analytical and structured approach to translating business needs into technical solutions
Desired Qualifications
- German language skills
- Experience with SAP Concur, BTP, or Fiori
