Job Summary
Support, maintain, and optimize SAP FI/CO solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment by configuring customizations, analyzing incidents, and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with Finance and Controlling stakeholders to gather business requirements and coordinate resolutions, while driving continuous improvements of business processes. Participate in SAP projects, enhancements, testing, and deployments, and coordinate external SAP support providers to ensure stable daily operations. Contribute to the company's ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation and system integrations. This internal role offers long-term professional growth with opportunities to expand expertise into SAP HCM and SuccessFactors within an international manufacturing context.
Required Qualifications
- Around 3+ years of experience with SAP FI/CO
- Good understanding of Finance & Controlling processes
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience supporting business users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- Good command of English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP HCM or willingness to develop in this area
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Basic SAP BASIS knowledge
- Experience with integrations (IDoc/API)
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
