Job Summary
Lead teams of up to 50 for Product Management Support, Business Process Re-engineering, Internal Controls, Organizational Change, and Data Management for a Federal client. Champion planning, coordination, and communication of multidisciplinary teams delivering functional technical solutions within a FedRamp Certified cloud environment. Manage the entire lifecycle of projects including developing charters, structuring teams, driving accountabilities, and resolving barriers to successful implementation. Direct product backlog development, participate in PI Planning, and align resources against project needs while ensuring quality control and legal input at stage gates. Develop and deliver presentations to senior management to communicate progress and support decision-making, mobilizing teams to coach on project management skills and build a culture of excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years hands-on project management experience in the design and implementation of cross-functional strategic ERP projects and business process initiatives
- A verifiable history of involvement in a leadership role for large scale, complex SAP or ERP projects over their full lifecycle
- Experience with designing, implementing and managing a program management office
- Proven experience in leading, influencing and driving change management
- Strong management skills with proven ability to drive projects to successful completion-on time and within budget
- Experience in managing multiple strategic IT initiatives through their complete lifecycle
- Experience in working directly with and influencing senior management
- Hands-on experience developing and applying project management tools and templates
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong influencing skills with proven ability to get things done without formal authority; ability to build and maintain support and buy-in at all levels within the business
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be US Citizen
