SAP EWM Lead

Job Summary
Lead SAP EWM and PTP processes in production across Belgium and the Netherlands, acting as primary owner for system health, incident management, and change request governance. Partner with IT, business owners, and the Centre of Excellence team to ensure stability through releases, patches, and periodic updates while maintaining current process documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable solutions and coach key users on best practices. Once operational stability is established, identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to optimize SCM processes, working with Data & Analytics colleagues to raise landscape maturity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of SAP experience
- hands-on ownership of SAP EWM and PTP (MM) processes in a live, post-go-live production environment
- S/4HANA experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM and PTP/MM core functionality
- Good exposure to cross-functional areas such as SD, TM, and FICO
- Working knowledge of the interfaces surrounding EWM and PTP (e.g. WCS/WES, RF, EDI/IDoc, 3PL integrations)
- Ability to explain technical solutions in business language to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally between Belgium and Netherlands sites
Desired Qualifications
- Genuine interest in how AI and automation can be applied to SCM processes
- Ability to debug and read ABAP code
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and results-driven, with an end-to-end perspective
- Dutch and/or French
