Job Summary
Analyze and refine new requirements while adhering to CSV guidelines and the Agile methodology of ASPIRE. Implement requirements based on business needs through customization, drafting Functional Specifications (FS) and ensuring alignment with developers. Define and execute System Acceptance Tests (SATs) and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing explanations of new processes to end-users. This role requires at least 5+ years of experience as a Senior EWM Business Analyst, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated expertise in discrete manufacturing and MES products. The position involves working in a follow-the-sun model (24/7/365) with very limited business trips, though an initial visit to the Mannheim campus is needed. Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in decentralized EWM solutions, familiarity with GMP, GxP, and CSV standards, and English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Senior EWM Business Analyst
- ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated experience in discrete manufacturing
- expertise in at least one MES product such as Siemens, Critical Manufacturing, Tulip, iTAC, SAP, and/or Rockwell
- Proven in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, including production integration, inbound and outbound logistics, and quality integration
- Strong technical expertise in decentralized EWM solutions from SAP
- Experience in business partnership
- the ability to quickly learn new business areas and processes
- Familiarity with GMP, GxP, and CSV standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical, structured, empathetic, quality-focused, and goal-oriented mindset
- Remote/ very limited need for business trips
- visit to Mannheim campus is needed in the beginning of the assignment to understand the physical processes there
