Job Summary
Support the delivery of SAP EWM and Inventory Management solutions across multiple S/4HANA release cycles by reviewing, analyzing, and shaping global and local business requirements. Conduct Fit/Gap assessments against the approved global template, collaborate with Global Process Owners and stakeholders to define scalable warehouse management solutions, and produce detailed functional specifications for approved developments. Prepare, maintain, and update functional design documentation throughout the project lifecycle, participate in change control processes, and support Operational and Performance Qualification testing activities. Contribute to deployment readiness, cutover planning, and knowledge transfer while ensuring deliverables align with programme governance. This remote role involves occasional business travel and contributes to a large-scale global transformation programme within the Life Sciences industry.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management implementations or transformation programmes
- Strong background supporting global SAP deployment projects and template rollouts
- Experience conducting Fit/Gap workshops and translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Demonstrated experience producing functional specifications and solution design documentation
- Experience supporting testing activities, including OQ and PQ documentation
- Knowledge of release management, deployment readiness and cutover planning
- Experience working within structured project governance frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners (GPOs), developers and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in global, multi-country programme environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent release activities
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to delivery
