Job Summary
Deliver first-level SAP support for the global MRO Template and manufacturing process development for production. Act as the primary contact between local end users and the global ERP CoE Team, aligning business requirements with global key users and supporting new product introductions in GKN ESCR. Develop technical solutions to complex problems using root cause analysis, implement Lean initiatives, and maintain accurate training documentation and configuration management databases. Coordinate business requirements, create tickets, and support audits while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Aviation), Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, NDT) or IT System
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing/Product/Process Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP usage and/or support
- Working knowledge of quality system models such as IS09000, AS9100, and/orD1-9000
- Good communication skills in the English and native language - both verbal and written
- For internal candidates, the foundation of the ME Academy must be completed and training initiated to become a Zero Defect Practitioner and 6o Green Belt
- External candidates to demonstrate equivalent capability in problem solving and process control
