The SAP ECC HR Consultant will possess good knowledge of SAP HR ECC and various HR modules including Benefits and Time Management. The role involves understanding business requirements and transforming them into technical design documents. Key skills required include relational database knowledge specific to SAP, communication skills for business interactions, and an understanding of ABAP programming. Experience with BO Reporting is beneficial, along with the capability to support unit testing.
