Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP DTC/Retail solutions aligned with enterprise transformation objectives. Configure and support SAP Direct-to-Customer and Retail business processes, including system setup, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and deployment documentation while ensuring compliance with country-specific localization and regulatory standards. Support integrations with third-party applications and participate in project planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support. This remote role requires 8+ years of SAP implementation experience, with preferred expertise in Brazil or Colombia retail environments.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support
- Strong expertise in SAP Direct-to-Customer (DTC) and SAP Retail
- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and functional documentation
- Strong understanding of retail business processes, order management, and supply chain
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a global remote project environment
Desired Qualifications
- Consultant 1: Experience with Brazil SAP Localization
- Consultant 2: Experience with Colombia XStore Localization
- Experience in global SAP rollout and localization projects
- Knowledge of SAP integrations and the retail ecosystem
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions is an added advantage
