Job Summary
Lead SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) implementation and configuration across LATAM countries for global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. Design eDocument processes, XML mappings, and compliance reporting frameworks while integrating SAP DRC with government tax authority platforms. Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Business stakeholders to translate statutory requirements into SAP solutions, supporting localization for electronic invoicing and fiscal reporting. Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities, troubleshooting configuration and integration failures. Monitor regulatory updates to recommend solution enhancements ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and audit requirements. Work within the client's preferred CEST time zone on a contractual basis through September 2027.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC)
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes
- Proven experience configuring: SAP DRC
- Proven experience configuring: eDocument Framework
- Proven experience configuring: Electronic Invoicing
- Proven experience configuring: Compliance Reporting Framework
- Proven experience configuring: XML mappings
- Proven experience configuring: Output Management
- Proven experience configuring: Message Control
- Experience integrating SAP DRC with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP) and external government/tax authority platforms
- Strong understanding of statutory reporting, indirect taxation, VAT, and electronic invoicing regulations
- Experience supporting LATAM localization requirements
- Hands-on experience with: SAP FI
- Hands-on experience with: SAP SD
- Hands-on experience with: SAP MM
- Hands-on experience with: Cross-functional SAP integrations
- Hands-on experience with: SIT, UAT, Hypercare, Cutover, and Production Support
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working within global SAP implementation programmes
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Must be flexible to work in the client's preferred working hours, which will be the CEST time zone
Desired Qualifications
- Consulting experience within Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, or regulated industries is highly desirable
