Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP solutions supporting utility billing and deregulated market operations. Partner with business clients to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and support SAP programs, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations while adhering to established development standards and security requirements. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application defects and production issues, including incident resolution and root cause analysis. Develop and execute unit test plans to support user acceptance testing activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions and support procedures. Provide day-to-day production support, including customer nightly batch processing and occasional after-hours support activities.
