SAP Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end SAP delivery across the GCC region for Lucid GCC, driving operational excellence, governance, and seamless collaboration with onsite leadership. Oversee day-to-day SAP delivery activities, align priorities with onsite leaders, and provide timely progress updates to onsite and global leadership. Develop and maintain backlog plans, build knowledge bases for continuity and continuous improvement, and manage resources to support ongoing initiatives. Define deployment strategies, ensure releases are well-planned and coordinated, enforce governance frameworks and change-management processes, and drive quality, stability, and performance across SAP programs. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, monitor delivery metrics, identify trends, and takes corrective actions when needed. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, collaborate across distributed teams, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of SAP delivery, program management, or AMS leadership experience
- Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes across modules such as PP, QM, EWM, MM, IM, SD, and Finance
- Proven experience managing distributed teams and onsite/offshore delivery models
- Ability to enforce governance, drive quality, and manage complex deployments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
