SAP Delivery Manager – SAP GROW

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams from planning through go-live and hypercare. Establish delivery governance, project controls, and quality assurance processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, monitor project health and resource utilization, and act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues and client concerns. Conduct executive-level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications while collaborating with sales and presales teams during project transitions. Ensure successful cutover and transition-to-support activities, driving customer satisfaction, project profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years of SAP implementation and delivery experience
- 5+ years managing SAP programs, projects, or delivery organizations
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects
- Strong understanding of SAP GROW implementation methodology and SAP Activate
- Experience managing global and distributed project teams
- Strong knowledge of ERP business processes including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales
