SAP Data Readiness and Governance Lead

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end SAP data workstream by defining strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans for Brownfield ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations. Establish validation frameworks for master and transactional data, overseeing extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, and post-conversion reconciliation. Coordinate mock conversions, dress rehearsals, cutover planning, and production migration while managing data risks, defects, and readiness milestones. Facilitate workshops with business owners, architects, and data owners to define quality standards, governance controls, and remediation processes. Provide executive-level status reporting on data quality and conversion readiness. Execute mock conversions and dress rehearsals to ensure accurate reconciliation between systems, reducing defects and post-go-live issues. Deliver procedures, documentation, and training plans for data governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of enterprise data management, migration, validation, or governance experience
- 5+ years of SAP implementation or transformation experience
- Experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration programs
- Strong experience validating SAP master data and transactional data
- Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, data quality, governance, and cutover methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
Desired Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion experience
- Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, Information Steward, Data Transition Validation, or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of master data management, data archiving, retention, and enterprise data governance
- Experience in aerospace, defense, government, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
