Job Summary
Own assigned SAP data objects end-to-end, leading large-scale ERP and HMI transformation programs that include data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. Translate business demands into state-of-the-art SAP IT solutions across ECC, S/4HANA, and related platforms, specifically within SD, MM, CS, and PM modules with strong focus on Asset and Configuration Management. Guide stakeholders in defining requirements, design functional specifications including RICEF objects, and support system integration across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. Operate within a SAFe or Agile delivery framework to drive continuous improvement in processes, data quality, and ways of working while coaching team members.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall experience in SAP ERP
- strong focus on SAP data migration and transition projects
- Proven experience in SAP SD
- Proven experience in SAP MM
- exposure to SAP CS
- exposure to SAP PM
- Strong background in discrete manufacturing industries
- environments with complex products and low volumes
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- exposure to SAP BTP
- exposure to SAP BNAC
- Deep knowledge of Equipment Management
- Deep knowledge of Equipment Hierarchies
- Deep knowledge of Equipment BOMs
- Deep knowledge of Asset Management
- Deep knowledge of Configuration Management
- Solid understanding of system integration concepts within enterprise SAP landscapes
- Experience working with RICEF developments
- collaborating closely with technical teams (including ABAP)
- Practical exposure to SAFe or Agile delivery models
- Own and drive SAP data objects through migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover
- Analyze, challenge, and validate business requirements
- translating them into clear functional IT specifications
- Act as a business-facing consultant

- Lead discussions, influence decisions, and support stakeholders through change
