Job Summary
Lead SAP CX implementations for Utilities clients, focusing on Move-In/Move-Out processes, Automated Billing Inquiries, Complaints, Payments, Collections, and Outage Management. Manage end-to-end project delivery by gathering business requirements and integrating SAP CX with SAP IS-U. Handle stakeholder management and client-facing communications while working independently to deliver solutions. Requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with full-cycle implementations. Located in Bangalore for this package consultant role.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CX
- Minimum 1–2 full-cycle SAP CX implementation projects for Utilities clients
- Strong experience in utility business processes such as Move-In / Move-Out
- Expertise in Automated Billing Inquiries, Complaints, Payments & Collections
- Experience with Outage Management processes
- Strong understanding of SAP IS-U integration
- Ability to gather business requirements and deliver end-to-end SAP CX solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables
