SAP Cutover Manager (m/f/d)
On-siteBad Homburg vor der Höhe, Hesse, Germany
Job Summary
Define and own the end-to-end rollout cutover strategy, governance, and wave deployment approach across SAP S/4HANA and all in-scope applications. Create standard cutover templates tailored for each deployment wave while ensuring consistency and compliance. Build integrated deployment wave cutover plans, detailed runbooks, and mock cutover rehearsals to reduce execution risk. Lead wave/site cutover workshops to confirm prerequisites, sequencing, and environment readiness, then coordinate technical tasks including transport/import sequencing and interface enablement. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate mock cutovers to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. Establish and track wave readiness metrics, entry/exit criteria, and go/no-go governance, reporting status to ELEVATE leadership. Ensure activities comply with program quality standards and CSV/validated (GxP) requirements, partnering with the Data Migration Lead to integrate data cutover plans. Lead cutover execution for each wave go-live, securing approvals and handing over to hypercare with clear success criteria.
