Job Summary
Configure SAP S/4HANA Customer Service and Field Service modules for a global manufacturing transformation, managing Service Orders, Notifications, Service Contracts, Warranties, Installed Base, Equipment Master, and BOMs. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and lead full lifecycle implementations while integrating Field Service processes with SAP PM. Apply 7+ years of IT and 5+ years of SAP CS expertise to support service orders and equipment master data across international sites. This freelance contract offers full remote work with occasional travel and strong potential for extension.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP CS experience
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) configuration and full lifecycle implementation experience
- Expertise in Service Orders, Notifications, Service Contracts, Warranties, Installed Base, Equipment Master, Functional Locations, and BOMs
- Strong understanding of Field Service processes and SAP PM integration
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- occasional international travel
