Job Summary
Support Product Owners, CRM Capability Experts, and the C4C Team by managing Sales and Service module implementations and end-user support across global regions. Create, maintain, and improve SAP C4C training documentation while organizing and delivering training sessions. Execute testing activities including User Department, Regression, UAT, and Integration testing, and cooperate with technical departments for bug fixing and requirement documentation. Manage manual and automated data imports, perform data quality checks, and document processes and interfaces. Assist in creating business and technical requirement documents. Requires a university degree with at least four years of CRM implementation and support experience, proficiency in SAP C4C or similar solutions, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics or similar) with focus on IT
- At least 4 years experience with CRM Sales and/or Service solution
- Experience in Implementation of CRM solution
- Experience in Support processes
- Exceptional presentation skills
- B.E or B.Tech
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in cross-functional teams and international environment
- Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
- Good communication skills
