Job Summary
Analyze client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions, including configuration, administration, and development using ABAP. Collaborate with clients and team members to facilitate seamless integration of SAP technologies while utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for enhanced data visualization. Support business transformation initiatives through process improvement and optimization, gathering data to inform insights and recommendations. Engage in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client objectives and build a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work. Adapt to diverse client environments to drive value and success within the Digital Core Modernisation practice.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Must have 3 plus year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Must be able to analyze client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Must be able to configure and administer SAP products to optimize operational efficiency
- Must be able to develop and maintain SAP applications using Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Must be able to collaborate with clients and team members to facilitate seamless integration of SAP technologies
- Must be able to utilize SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities
- Must be able to support business transformation initiatives through process improvement and optimization
- Must be able to engage in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client objectives
- Must be able to gather and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Must be able to build a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks
- Must be able to adapt to diverse client environments and challenges to drive value and success
Desired Qualifications
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process optimization
- Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation
- Applying design automation techniques to enhance SAP NetWeaver solutions
- Excelling in active listening and communication within diverse teams
