Job Summary
Create and maintain equipment records, functional locations, and measurement points in SAP PM using approved templates and standards. Populate equipment attributes and classifications per FMS guidelines, then build preventive maintenance plans and items from approved task lists. Support bulk data loads, site expansions, and new equipment installations while performing data cleanup, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy. Follow FMS master data and change management procedures, flagging inconsistencies as needed, and maintain clear documentation to support audits and traceability. Requires hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance experience, an Associate's degree, and strong attention to detail. Located in Boise, ID, this full-time role offers a $25+/hr DOE rate with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance data entry and navigation
- Experience creating or maintaining equipment records, functional locations, and maintenance plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
- Ability to work from templates, examples, and written standards with minimal ambiguity
- Associates Degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting facilities or manufacturing maintenance programs
- Prior exposure to regulated environments (OSHA, EPA, PSM) is a plus
- Experience working within formal data governance or Management of Change frameworks
