SAP Concur Functional Consultant (with Analytical Expertise)

Job Summary
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Concur solutions for Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules while collaborating with finance, procurement, and IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Manage integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP (FI/CO), analyze expense data to identify trends and compliance issues, and develop dashboards to support decision-making. Provide functional support, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct user training sessions. Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance automation, and ensure policy compliance while supporting audit activities through data validation. Requires a Bachelor's degree, four years of SAP Concur experience, and strong analytical skills for this full-time remote role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP Concur solutions
- Strong understanding of Expense, Travel, and Invoice Management processes
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Knowledge of integration points with SAP ERP (FI/CO) and data extraction/reporting methods
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
