Job Summary
Lead SAP Cloud Implementations by overseeing S/4HANA, Concur, Ariba, and SuccessFactors projects, managing end-to-end execution from design through operations. Own SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) setup, reporting, and delivery metrics while building Agile projects in Jira that adhere to SAP Activate standards. Coordinate and drive teams across client business units, IT, systems integrators, and third-party vendors, managing dependencies, risks, and contracts to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Serve as the primary client-facing leader, fostering relationships and managing expectations for a major utility client in a multiyear transformation program. Work onsite one week per month with travel to Southern California.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading SAP projects, including at least one large scale SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA transformation, with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP Cloud implementations
- Demonstrated program or workstream level management experience on large, multiyear, multivendor transformation programs, with the ability to own a workstream end to end
- Hands on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for project planning, test and defect management, status reporting, and delivery metrics
- Proficiency with Jira, SmartSheet and MS Project or equivalent
- Proven ability to coordinate and drive delivery teams across many organizations, including client business and IT groups, systems integrators, and third party vendors
- Utilities or energy sector experience, or exposure to SAP CR&B / customer systems modernization
- Strong expertise in SAP Activate Methodology and experience managing Agile projects in Jira
- Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Ariba, and SuccessFactors implementations
- Expertise in SAP integration with ERP Finance systems and ERP HR systems
- Experience with APIs, middleware, SAP BTP, data integration, and functional integration
- Experience managing teams across all project phases, including design, development, testing, cutover, integration, and O&M
- Excellent client facing skills, with strong communication, teaming, and account management abilities
- Bachelor's Degree
