Job Summary
Operate and administer SAP Cloud ALM as the central monitoring and service platform, focusing on operations, monitoring, alerting, and operational transparency across SAP landscapes. Manage incident and problem management support while creating dashboards, KPIs, and reports to drive operational transparency. Integrate these processes into SAP operations and ITSM workflows, defining operational procedures and runbooks. Coach and enable internal colleagues on Cloud ALM topics to build capability within the Hungarian team. This newly created role involves shaping cloud operations capabilities from the ground up in a flat, international environment with flexible remote working options.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP operations, or monitoring environments
- Understanding of SAP landscapes (on-premise, cloud, hybrid)
- Service-oriented and analytical mindset
- Strong English communication skills
