Job Summary
Manage the SAP Center of Excellence team across FTM, Controlling, PTP, OTC, Basis, and Developers, planning resources for S/4HANA rollouts and BAU maintenance. Oversee end-to-end delivery of global Europe rollouts, monitor production system operations, and report on delivery risks. Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and SAP Governance teams while managing external suppliers and ensuring process consistency across countries. Build stakeholder relationships to align expectations and maintain end-to-end process quality. Lead a functional CoE with minimum 8 years of SAP functional experience and 5 years in team management within a global template environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in one of the SAP functional areas (FTM / OTC / PTP or related)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
- Experience with SAP rollouts and system maintenance, ideally ECC or S/4HANA
- Proven experience leading a functional CoE team or similar structure
- Strong supplier management skills (allocation, SLAs, quality)
- Experience working within a global template model
- Experience operating at the business–IT interface
- Understanding of capacity planning and multi-workstream environments
- Experience with AI in SAP or finance processes (implementation, use case identification)
- Very good command of English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics or e-commerce
- Knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C processes
- SAP Activate, ITIL
- Experience in GBS / SSC environments
