Job Summary
Design, build, test, and deploy SAP C4C technical solutions while managing client relationships and writing development specifications. Lead consultants in project work streams, analyze customer needs for business process architecture, and execute tasks within structured implementation and SLA-based support environments. Develop complex solutions using ABSL, UI scripts, and Cloud Applications Studio, configure C4C with KUT and extension fields, and establish integration links between business objects. Ensure all modifications are tested and documented before deployment. Requires 7+ years of SAP Cloud for Customer experience, including custom object development and CRM integration points.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree
- SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Technical experience should be at least 7+ years
- At least 3 projects delivered in this role
- Highly skilled in ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C (Cloud for Customer) solutions
- Experience in developing custom objects in C4C is must
- Configuration of C4C solution using KUT
- Experience in Creation of Extension Fields
- Establish an extension field link between the new business object and an existing business object
- Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
- Experience researching, evaluating, and implementing existing applications and/or customized solutions for internal or client-facing projects
- Having experience on Support projects along with implementation projects
- Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
- Be flexible on work timings
