Job Summary
Break down business and technical requirements for end-to-end SAP C4C implementations in Sales and Service Cloud. Configure C4C UI concepts including screen layouts and business roles, while managing integration between C4C and CRM or SAP ERP via HCI or PI. Communicate customer concerns and resolve gaps with internal teams to support pre-sales processes and client-facing presentations. Requires minimum seven years of SAP C4C consulting experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel short durations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 to 10 years SAP C4C consulting experience
- Experience in breaking down business problems/requirements into functional and technical requirements
- At least 2 end to end SAP C4C Implementations experience in Sales /Service Cloud
- Sales (working knowledge of opportunity, quote, sales order, billing)
- Service (working knowledge of service order, confirmation, billing, service contracts, service requests, warranty, complaints etc.)
- C4C UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts)
- Experience in Integration between C4C and CRM On Premise / SAP ERP either using HCI or PI
- Knowledge of dashboards and reports within SAP C4C
- Open for Travel for short duration
- Minimum 7 years SAP C4C consulting experience
- SAP C4C Functional Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent client facing and presentation skill
