Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW solutions including data modeling and ETL processes while configuring SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting, dashboards, and planning. Integrate SAP BW with modules such as SD, MM, FICO, S/4HANA, and Vistex, then manage data extraction, transformation, and loading to ensure accuracy. Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into BI solutions for sales, inventory, and finance metrics. Monitor and optimize system performance, train end users, and collaborate with IT and project teams to deliver successful implementations. Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP BW and SAC required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- at least 2 end-to-end SAP BW/SAC implementation projects
- Previous experience in the retail industry
- Strong experience in SAP BW data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAC stories, dashboards, and planning applications
- Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW on HANA, and SAP S/4HANA integration
- Experience with SAP HANA modeling, query design, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of SAP Data Services or other ETL tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- A SAP BW and/or SAP SAC certification is a plus
