Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions by analyzing client requirements, developing data models, and managing data integration and migration using SAP Data Intelligence Cloud and BW/4HANA. Oversee the creation of visualizations and reports via SAP Analytics Cloud and BusinessObjects BI while providing training and support for effective tool utilization. Collaborate with clients to optimize data processes, ensure integrity and compliance, and guide teams in strategic planning and execution. Mentor junior staff to foster professional growth and deliver on client expectations within the Digital Core Modernisation practice.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Excelling in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Reporting
- Utilizing complex data analysis and data modeling skills
- Managing data integration and data migration projects
- Leading teams in data-driven consulting and strategic questioning
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in technology solutions
