Job Summary
Administer and maintain the SAP BO platform (4.2 & 4.3), ensuring smooth operation through regular patching, installation, and performance optimization. Perform Level 1 & 2 user support by troubleshooting technical issues via logs, managing security access through CMC, and resolving incidents within SLA timeframes. Manage Tomcat server administration and support integration of SAP Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Live Office while maintaining backups and recovery processes. Collaborate with team members to document solutions and suggest improvements. Onsite at client site required for project delivery and relationship-building.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience using and administering SAP BI platform, particularly in SAP BusinessObjects (version 4.2 and 4.3)
- Experience with IBM DataStage administration (Unix)
- Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects patching and installation
- Knowledge of SAP Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Live Office configuration
- Experience in Tomcat server administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues through logs and system analysis
- Ability to improve system performance and provide Level 1 & 2 support to users
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to share knowledge and solutions
- Organized, proactive, and flexible approach to work
