Job Summary
Senior SAP Business Transformation Consultant responsible for leading large-scale SAP-enabled transformation programs, owning $20M+ in annual bookings across SAP consulting, implementation, and managed services; engages C-level stakeholders, shapes transformation strategies, and defines transformation roadmaps; advises on SAP S/4HANA migrations, cloud adoption (RISE with SAP, BTP); partners with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution; develops business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks; contributes to go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 12–20+ years of SAP consulting, transformation, or advisory experience
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Cloud solutions, BTP, and RISE with SAP
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
- Proven success in closing enterprise consulting deals valued at $10M+, with experience driving large revenue targets
- Experience working within the SAP partner ecosystem and managing senior executive relationships
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
