Job Summary
Two Business Analyst roles focused on Manufacturing & Supply Chain and Quote-to-Cash, serving as the primary IT partner to plant operations, supply chain, and commercial teams. Responsible for translating business requirements into technical deliverables for SAP ECC/S4HANA and Salesforce SD, leading UAT and cutover activities, coordinating with MSPs/third-party vendors, and delivering process improvements across MES, ERP integration, pricing, global trade, and compliance. The role operates in a hosted environment, with collaboration across onshore/offshore resources and global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing and supply chain domains
- Experience with MES ecosystems and shop-floor/OT adjacent processes
- Participation in multiple end-to-end SAP projects
- Experience working with global teams, onshore/offshore resources, and MSPs
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field for Quote-to-Cash role
- Experience supporting Salesforce.com and SAP SD in ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes
- Experience with pricing and global trade processes
- Participation in multiple end-to-end SAP and/or Salesforce projects
- Experience working with MSPs, offshore teams, and global stakeholders
- Strong ability to translate business requirements & business processes into technical deliverables and influence without authority
