Job Summary
SAP Business Analyst role bridging Finance & Procurement (FI/P2P) between business teams and IT; responsibilities include gathering and challenging business requirements, translating needs into clear functional specifications for SAP solutions, ensuring consistency across end-to-end processes (P2P and FI), acting as a bridge between business, IT and external partners, supporting solution delivery and implementation, contributing to testing (UAT/validation), and driving change management, user adoption (training, documentation, workshops) and participating in project governance and Agile ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as SAP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI)
- Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P: PO, GR, IV)
- Requirement gathering & functional specification writing
- Stakeholder management (business & IT)
- Experience in international / multi-entity environments
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German / French is an asset
