Job Summary
Design and build integration flows on SAP Integration Suite for 60+ interfaces supporting a large-scale SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll transformation. Deliver employee master data replication, time feeds, payroll postings, BACS payments, HMRC/RTI submissions, and pension fund returns while managing hybrid ECC-SuccessFactors coexistence. Configure secure connectivity, OAuth, and API management; design error handling and monitoring to recover failed payroll-bound records. Support end-to-end testing, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and production cutover with daily overlap into UK business hours.
Required Qualifications
- SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) design and build
- SuccessFactors integration, including EC to ECP replication
- Interface development for payroll, finance and third-party data
- Error handling, monitoring and secure connectivity design
- Delivery within large, complex SAP transformation programmes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and documentation discipline
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset appropriate to a payroll programme
- Proactive approach to risk and issue identification
- Ability to manage priorities within a large transformation programme
- Work closely with the onshore UK-based functional, technical and programme leads, maintaining a daily overlap with UK business hours throughout the delivery lifecycle

- SAP BTP services (connectivity, identity, API management)
- Hybrid ECC-SuccessFactors coexistence and Infoporter replication
- SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS / IPS)
- UK public sector integrations (HMRC/RTI, BACS, LGPS i-Connect, Teachers' Pensions)
- SAP PI/PO background migrating to Integration Suite
- SAP certification in Integration Suite / Cloud Integration or SAP BTP
