Job Summary
Maintain stable SAP landscapes while showcasing advanced industry solutions to improve efficiency. Integrate SAP BTP with SAP S/4HANA and other systems to ensure end-to-end process and data flow. Implement authentication technologies for seamless cloud user experiences and execute Brownfield and Greenfield S/4 HANA migrations. Manage SAP Basis strategies, policies, and procedures to guarantee system stability, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to align the SAP Basis team with overall IT strategy and business goals. Participate in innovation initiatives to deliver value to clients and the organization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Should have work on latest SAP releases
- Strong experience in Implementing Cloud Migrations
- Hands on experience on SAP SaaS products
- Proficiency with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Understanding of architecture considerations for SAP (cloud, on-premises, hybrid)
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality
- Customer interaction experience
- SAP Integration experience with SaaS providers / Systems
- Certification in S/4 HANA Administration
- Certification in SAP BTP Administration
- B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
- 4 to 7 years of IT industry experience in SAP domain
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Have strong analytical and logical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Should have deep understanding of SAP BTP services, including SAP Cloud Platform, data management, analytics, and application development
- Experience in integrating SAP BTP with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring end-to-end processes and data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BTP with other systems and applications
- Working knowledge in implement authentication technologies with cloud system for seamless user experience
- Handson experience SAP Basis strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of SAP systems and databases
- Working experience on Brownfield and Greenfield S/4 HANA Migrations, tools and processes
- Should participate in the innovations and bring value addition to our clients and organization
- Communicate effectively with executive management and other key stakeholders to ensure that the SAP Basis team is aligned with the overall IT strategy and business goals
- Good to have knowledge in ITIL, SAP Security, Network, Mobility
- Good to have knowledge of Agile Scrum way of working
