Job Summary
Administer SAP BTP global accounts, directories, and service subscriptions while configuring platform services, destinations, and SAP Cloud Connector. Implement and support SAP Joule capabilities across SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and Joule Studio for developers. Troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, and authorization issues within SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) and ensure compliance with organizational security standards. Monitor platform health, establish governance best practices, and document runbooks. Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to maintain secure, scalable cloud operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP technical administration experience
- Hands-on experience administering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
- Experience administering SAP Cloud Connector
- Strong understanding of SAP cloud security and access management
- Experience supporting cloud platform operations and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP Joule
- SAP BTP Administration Experience
- SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) Experience
- SAP Cloud Connector Experience
- SAP Joule Implementation and Support Experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP Build Work Zone
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM
- SAP S/4HANA Basis administration experience
- SAP HANA administration experience
- Experience with SAP GRC or SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG)
- SAP BTP, Security, Basis, or Cloud certifications
- Experience working in a RISE with SAP environment
- Enterprise architecture and platform governance experience
