Job Summary
SAP BTP Administrator to manage, secure, and operate SAP BTP services across enterprise landscapes. This role handles BTP account administration, security, connectivity, service enablement, and platform governance to ensure high availability, compliance, and scalability of SAP cloud solutions. The position also serves as a primary support contact for end-users, identifying and resolving issues across application teams, performing impact analysis, configuring and testing system changes, and identifying opportunities to improve business workflows with technology. Responsibilities include business systems design and configuration, upgrades, and improvements for low-complexity applications, documenting processes, liaising with stakeholders and vendor staff, developing training materials, troubleshooting, providing production support, and maintaining system documentation. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, the ability to work in cross-functional environments, and a willingness to learn new software applications. Commitment to the company’s mission and values and adherence to Quality Management System policies are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role.
- Demonstrated ability to understand industry best practices.
- Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
