Job Summary
Act as a go-to point for resolving critical SAP BTP issues across global customers while supporting AMS assignments in administration, monitoring, and custom authentication. Conduct deliverable reviews from quality and SLA perspectives, develop tools and accelerators to build service excellence, and mentor team members on BTP operations. Participate in ideation for efficiency enhancements and apply problem-solving skills to suggest continuous improvements using latest technologies. Work remotely as an individual contributor or consultant, requiring 5+ years of experience in BTP administration, monitoring, and operations within a self-starter environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- 4-5 years of experience in the area of BTP administration, Monitoring, and operations
- Basis skills on BTP
- Experience in Cloud Foundry or Neo environment
- Experience in developing applications with microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of BTP security aspects such as SSO, OAuth, OpenId...etc
- Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems / Computer applications
